It yields about 8 large servings. To be on the safe side and have enough I would double the recipie (if you have a large enough baking dish) or just make two batches. I'm working on my binder as well and am always on the look out for ideas. I'm on the hunt for some vintage style fabric to cover the actual binder. Then I need to decide how to organise it.
