TO the many, many Happy Hearts all over the world:

You are cordially invited to a party of creative ideas, designs, and kindred spirits.
All new and all different, and you are invited to every one.
I once knew a little girl who was invited to a party.
For many days beforehand her mother had drilled her
so that she might be sure when she came away to tell her hostess that she had had a lovely time.
And so when she was playing she said it over and over:  “I’ve had a lovely
time.  I’ve had a lovely time.”
At last the day of the party arrived and she looked grand.
As she skipped up the steps she twirled around in her pink party dress and admired her new white patent maryjanes. 
Then she excitedly rang the doorbell, and when the lady opened the door, she triumphantly cried:
“How do you do, I’ve had a lovely time!”
I trust that the Happy Hearts are just as eager and glad to come to these parties;
that they will anticipate so much pleasure from them, that as I open my doors to you, you too will cry: 
“How do you do, we’ve had a lovely time!”
